Working within the customer service industry is becoming increasingly difficult when dealing with suppliers.

Delays in returning calls, emails, website not easily navigated and poor customer service skills. Not with the Roman Daniels team. I got a navy three piece suit complete with custom shirt and ivory custom tie and pocket square to match the bride.

Highly recommend! To tell a short story; I’m from Canberra and was in Sydney browsing for a suit/tuxedo for my wedding. I came across Romen Daniels near the end of the day after visiting nearly every store that sold suits and tuxedos. I spoke to Frank, and he listened to what I was after, gave suggestions and was just genuine. It was just a next level of service I couldn’t forget about. My fiance and I went back later that day and told him I’d like to follow through with a tuxedo. He was nice enough to stay back after closing hours to talk designs and fabrics, which was great.

I suggested for my groomsmen to get their tuxedos from Roman Daniels too, I should also note the prices were very fair and within our budget. We all had lots of fun getting measured together. All the tuxedos arrived within a week or so, and fit like a gem – it was also good fun trying on all the suits together. Mine needed minor adjustments and only took a few days to amend. Once amended it was perfect.
The wedding is in May and I will update this post with a photo from the big day.

Frank was fantastic! He helped us when we had no clue, showing what was best considering it was a winter wedding and also what would look best with our bridesmaid dresses.
