HIRE is for 4 days – or if picked up Thursday afternoon can be dropped back the following Monday by 2pm.
Any loss or damage to the merchandise including bags and hangers while in the possession of the customer will be made good at the expense of the customer
An Extra $50.00 per day will be charged for late returns by 2pm of the return date
Bags and hangers must be returned or incur charges
Any cancellations of bookings made less than 7 days prior to the pick-up date will not be guaranteed a refund.
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to pick up date may incur a 50% admin fee to rectify alterations done and a store hire credit on any balances due will be given for future hires. Transferable
The customer agrees to pay a bond at time of pick up or dispatch the bond will be direct deposited into customer provided bank account or credit card (online)
Within 5 days of return hire less any charges as outlined in point 1,2,3 & 4 bond will also cover extra cleaning needed for garments that are returned excessively dirty
