Terms and Conditions of Hire
- Any loss or damage to the merchandise including bags and hangers while in the possession of the customer will be made good at the expense of the customer
- An Extra $50.00 per day will be charged for late returns by 2pm of the return date
- Bags and hangers must be returned or incur charges
- Any cancellations of bookings made less than 7 days prior to the pick-up date will not be guaranteed a refund.
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to pick up date may incur a 50% admin fee to rectify alterations done and a store hire credit on any balances due will be given for future hires. Transferable - The customer agrees to pay a bond at time of pick up or dispatch the bond will be direct deposited into customer provided bank account or credit card (online)
Within 5 days of return hire less any charges as outlined in point 1,2,3 & 4 bond will also cover extra cleaning needed for garments that are returned excessively dirty
