How suits are measured.
When measuring for a suit size, the measurement will ALWAYS defer to Jacket size. e.g. A logical size for a 100 regular suit is a 100 regular jacket and 88cm trouser. So, if a customer has a 92cm waist (this would mean they are a 104 regular suit) the trousers would have to be tailored to bring it in line with the jacket, not the reverse
